Somany Ceramics’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Somany Piastrelle (SPPL) has allotted 7,50,00,000, 10.50% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 75 crore to company by way of right issue on July 28, 2023. After above investment, the total investment of the company in the securities of SPPL stands Rs 125 crore. The objects and effects of acquisition through subscription of right issue of 10.50% CRPS is to support the business objectives of SPPL.

Somany Ceramics is in the business of manufacturing and trading of tiles, Sanitaryware and Bath Fittings.
