Shekhawati Poly-Yarn has informed that the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 15 September, 2023 at 12.30 pm through Video Conference (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 9th September, 2023 to Friday 15th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
