This Integrated Waste to Energy Project represents Maharashtra's first such venture into waste-to-energy conversion and signifies a major milestone in the region's sustainable development journey. Developed under the Design, Build, Operate, and Transfer (DBOT) model on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis, the project's concession period spans 21 years, with company’s step-down subsidiary, Antony Lara Renewable Energy leading the initiative.
