Indian Acrylics has informed that the next Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 10th day of August 2023, at Chandigarh to take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30/06/2023. Further, in continuation to its earlier intimation dated June 30, 2023, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been closed for Company's designated persons and their immediate relatives, with effect from July 1, 2023 and same shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results of the Company to the public.
