Further to its notice dated 28th June, 2023 relating to intimation of closure of trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
