Sudarshan Pharma Industries has entered into an agreement for subscription of shares of Ratna Lifesciences equivalent to 100% of the shareholding of the Company as wholly owned subsidiary Company, as on date August 02, 2023, representing 100% holding in Ratna Lifesciences. The cost of acquisition will be Rs 550 lakh.

Sudarshan Pharma Industries is engaged in contract manufacturing, outsource & Supply of Generic Pharma formulation and medicines to healthcare institution, Government, NGO and Hospitals.
