The Board Meeting commenced at 10.30 am and concluded at 2.25 pm. Further, pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), it has enclosed: the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 and Limited Review Report dated 3rd August, 2023, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company with respect to the Unaudited Financial Results and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company. A press release on the Unaudited Financial Results is also enclosed. Necessary arrangements have been made for publishing the Unaudited Financial Results in the newspapers, in the prescribed formats, in terms of Regulation 47 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
