Mahanagar Gas has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2023 (Q1FY24).
The company has reported 98.92% rise in its net profit at Rs 368.40 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 185.20 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 7.19% at Rs 1,729.13 crore for Q1FY24 as compared Rs 1,613.19 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
Mahanagar Gas is in the business of City Gas Distribution (CGD), supplying natural gas in the city of Mumbai including its adjoining areas and the Raigad district, in the State of Maharashtra, India.
