In furtherance to its intimation dated 28th July, 2023 wherein the Company had informed that the 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th August, 2023 through Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance, with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). In terms of the requirements of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Whirlpool of India has submitted the Integrated Annual Report of the Company including the Business Responsibility Report and the Notice of 62nd AGM for the financial year 2022-23, which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members. The Integrated Annual Report and the Notice of 62nd Annual General Meeting is also uploaded on the Company’s website at www.whirlpoolindia.com and this is also available on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
