The same have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently considered and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on Monday, 07th August, 2023. Further pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the said results will be published in the newspapers and uploaded on the website of the Company, www.jindaltextiles.com.
