Rajapalayam Mills has acquired 1,660 Equity Shares of M/s Clean Max Opus having face value of Rs 10 each, which is 16.60% of the paid up Share capital of M/s Clean Max Opus. The object of acquiring the Shares of M/s Clean Max Opus by the company and other Group Companies is to purchase solar power under Group Captive mode.
M/s Clean Max Opus is dealing in generation and supply of renewable energy from solar, wind or wind solar hybrid and any other renewable energy sources in form of solar project.
Rajapalayam Mills is engaged in the manufacture and sale of yarns.
