Mahindra Two-Wheelers reports 58% fall in March sales

Mahindra Two-Wheelers, the two wheeler making arm of the Mahindra Group, has reported a fall of 58% in its March sales. The company has sold 5,398 units of scooters during March 2013, as compared to 12,750 units of scooters sold in the same month last year.

The company’s sales of Two Wheelers were down by 25% to 101,551 units sold in April-March, 2012-13, as against 134,570 units sold in 2011-12.

Last year Mahindra Two Wheelers launched the Duro DZ and Rodeo RZ scooters, with the Z-Series engine.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India.
