With reference to its above referred intimation wherein the company had informed that Girish Hirode (DIN: 10145777) will be appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years with effect from approval of the members for his appointment at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on 10th August, 2023.
