With reference to its above referred intimation wherein the company had informed that Girish Hirode (DIN: 10145777) will be appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years with effect from approval of the members for his appointment at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on 10th August, 2023. In this regard, Alembic has informed that Girish Hirode has been appointed by the members at the 116th AGM as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 10th August, 2023.
