Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company is already closed with effect from July 01, 2023 for declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended at June 30, 2023, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter ended at June 30, 2023.
