Credit rating agency, CARE has assigned ‘BB+’ rating to Rs 9 crore long term bank facilities of Comp-u-Learn Tech India. The rating agency has also assigned ‘PR4+’ rating to Rs 1 crore short term bank facilities of the company.
The rating takes into account the company’s limited track record of operations under the new management, high collection period resulting into consistent negative operating cash flows, declining profitability ratios, small scale of operations increasing vulnerability to industry cycles, un-hedged foreign exchange exposure and relatively low entry barriers leading to intense competitive pressure.
