Accel Transmatic has received its members’approval to dispose off the software operations of the company which consist of technologies division including overseas subsidiary - Accel North America, Inc. The company has received the members’ approval by way of postal ballot. Further, this will enable the company to be a focused Animation and Media Company.
Accel Transmatic currently operates through three business divisions namely, Systems and Services, Ushus Technologies and Accel Animation Studios. The product range of the division is a combination of custom built hardware and application software.
