Sudarshan Pharma Industries is planning to incorporate subsidiary company in the name and style of ‘Lifesciences Chemical’ in the state of Gujarat subject to approval of registrar of companies as may be required from time to time. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on August 18, 2023 to consider and approve the same.
Sudarshan Pharma Industries is engaged in contract manufacturing, outsource & Supply of Generic Pharma formulation and medicines to healthcare institution, Government, NGO and Hospitals.
