Meyer Apparel informs about book closure & record date

Meyer Apparel has informed that the Register of members & Share transfer books of the Company shall be closed from 7th September, 2023 to 13th September, 2023 for the purpose of 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 13th September 2023 at 12:30 pm (IST) through video conferencing. Further, 6th September, 2023 as the ‘cut-off Date’ for the purpose of determining the members - eligible to vote on the resolutions of AGM and Remote E-Voting will commence on Saturday, 9th September, 2023 (9:00 am) and ends on Tuesday, 12th September, 2023 (5:00 pm). After that remote e-voting facility will be blocked and then members can vote at the time of AGM only through the NSDL e-voting system.
