The Company has fixed 6th September, 2023 for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM through VC or OAVM and for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote at meeting. Further details on the manner of attending the AGM and casting votes by shareholders will be set out in the Notice of the AGM.
