Further to letter dated August 7, 2023, Prashant India has informed that the Company has decided to reschedule the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company which was earlier scheduled to be held on Friday, 15th September 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 21st August, 2023, commenced at 02:00 pm and concluded at 03:00 pm at Block 456, Palsana Char Rasta, N.H. 8, Palsana - 394315, dist. Surat, Registered office of the company has announced that the AGM will now be held on Wednesday, 27 September, 2023 instead of 15th September, 2023.
