BLS International Services’ subsidiary -- BLS International FZE is in process to subscribe 100% share capital of BLS International Travel & Tourism, a company incorporated under the law of Saudi Arabia. Consequent to the subscription of 100% share capital of BLS International Travel & Tourism (Saudi Arabia) will become Step down subsidiary and wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition will be completed on or before August 31, 2023.
