Munjal Auto Industries has received Rs 4 crore being advance part-payment for sale of land situated at Chakan Industrial area, Sub-District Khed, District Pune, which falls under Regulation 30(4)(i) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). Transfer of the land would take place on fulfillment of conditions by the transferee and after approval of MIDC. Hence it is not feasible to estimate time period of the expected date of transfer.
