Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SESI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sanghvi Movers has informed that, the members of the Company, in the Thirty-fourth Annual General Meeting of Sanghvi Movers held on Tuesday, 22 August 2023, passed the special resolution towards alteration of the object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. The alteration of object clause would be subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and/ or any other Statutory or Regulatory Authority, as may be necessary. In this regard, the details of alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of the Schedule III of the SESI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are annexed herewith marked as Annexure - I.
