Flexituff International has received approval for sale of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) Business of Pithampur unit of the Company to Flexituff Technology International, subsidiary of the company. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on August 24, 2023, inter alia, have considered and approved the same. Rationale for slump sale is repayment of outstanding debt and augmenting working capital and general corporate purpose.
Flexituff International is engaged in the production of FIBC, Geo-Textile Fabric and Ground Cover, Reverse Printed BOPP Woven Bags, Special PP Bags including Leno Bags.
