D B Realty has executed a share purchase agreement on August 24, 2023 to sell its entire 9,825 equity shares of Royal Netra Constructions (RNCPL) for a consideration of Rs 2,600 per equity share and thus the Company shall cease to hold any share in RNCPL.
The company has executed a share purchase agreement with Man Infraconstruction (Purchaser 1) and Platinumcorp Constructions LLP (Purchaser 2).
