Somany Ceramics is all set to sell entire equity stake in Somany Fine Vitrified (SFVPL) (its Subsidiary Company). The company is holding 51% of the total paid up capital of the SFVPL. Consequently, SFVPL will cease to be the subsidiary of Somany Ceramics after completion of disinvestment. The company administrative committee of Somany Ceramics in its meeting held on August 25, 2023 has decided the same.

Somany Ceramics is in the business of manufacturing and trading of tiles, Sanitaryware and Bath Fittings.
