Somany Ceramics is all set to make addition investment upto Rs 33 crore by way of subscription of equity and/or preference shares in M/s Sudha Somany Ceramics (SSCPL), a Subsidiary of the company, in one or more than one tranche.
The above proceeds will be utilized for efficient capital structure inter?alia including repayment of existing borrowings and for efficient funding of its business & growth plans. The company administrative committee of Somany Ceramics in its meeting held on August 25, 2023, has decided the same.
Somany Ceramics is in the business of manufacturing and trading of tiles, Sanitaryware and Bath Fittings.
