Central Bank of India raises Rs 1500 crore through bonds

Central Bank of India has raised Rs 1500 crore through allotment of BASEL III Compliant Tier II Bonds in the nature of debenture. The Capital Raising Committee of the Board at its meeting held on August 30, 2023 has allotted the same. The said Bonds will be listed on the wholesale Debt Market segment of the BSE.  

Central Bank of India is a commercial bank. The bank’s segments include Treasury Operations, Corporate/Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking and other Banking business.
