Genus Power Infrastructures, ITD Cementation and Dhruv Consultancy Services to see some action today

Genus Power Infrastructures’ step-down wholly owned subsidiary has received a letter of award (LOA) of Rs 2,247.37 crore (net of taxes) for appointment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Providers (AMISPs) including design of Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system with supply, installation and commissioning with FMS of 24.18 lakh Smart Prepaid Meters, system meters including OT Meters with corresponding energy accounting under DBFOOT model (HYBRID Model, CAPEX Plus OPEX).

ITD Cementation India has secured a marine contract worth approximately Rs 3,290 crore excluding GST. The company has received a marine contract on August 31, 2023.

Dhruv Consultancy Services along with M/S G Eng Advisory Services and in association with M/S Kaius Consulting has received the Letter of Award (LoA) for providing Consultancy Services towards Authority Engineer for construction of four laning with paved shoulder from Hassan to Adihalli EC-20 Ch. Km 00.000 Hassan to Ch. Km 37.000 Adihalli Village under Bharatmala Pariyojana on EPC Mode in the state of Karnataka (Package-I), from the office of General Manager (T) Karnataka Division of National Highways Authority of India (the Authority). The contract price for the said Project will be Rs 7.02 crore excluding GST. The Contract period will be of 78 months. The Company is required to furnish the Performance Bank Guarantee within 15 days from the issuance of LOA and to complete the contract agreement execution as per RFP document. 

Tata Power Delhi Distribution (TPDDL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of NCT of Delhi, has received a three-year extension till 2026 from the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) for its in-house research and development (R&D) unit. 

Kewal Kiran Clothing has subscribed to further shares issued by K-Lounge Lifestyle -- wholly owned subsidiary of the company through right issue being 30,00,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs 10 each for a consideration of Rs 3 crore. The intent of subscription of additional shares by way of rights issue is to focus on further development and enhancement of retail business.

Future Consumer has sold its dairy business Nilgiri Dairy Farm to AVA Cholayil Healthcare for a total consideration of Rs 67 crore. As per the deal, Future Consumer has entered into a transfer agreement for the transfer of entire business undertaking of The Nilgiri Dairy Farm (NDFPL). This includes its franchisee operations, retail trade operations and the sourcing, processing, packaging and marketing of its dairy products, bakery products (except cookie plant), fast-moving consumer goods, staples and other products.
