Singer India has informed that Raju Shankar, Deputy General Manager (DGM) Marketing Head, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the said post in order to pursue other interests. The said resignation letter stating detailed reasons of his resignation is enclosed as Annexure-B. The details of changes as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Master Circular issued vide circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure-A. This intimation shall also be available on the website of the Company, www.singerindia.com.
