Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Orient Green Power Company has informed that as a part of monetising the vacant land parcels, one of the material subsidiaries of the company, Beta Wind Farm (Beta), entered into a Sale deed dated August 31, 2023 for disposal of its freehold land admeasuring 93.15 Acres situated at Munduvelampatti Village, Tamilnadu, resulting in a profit of Rs 15.54 Crore. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as 'Annexure - I'.
