Tapi, Gujarat. Also noted that all the Resolutions were duly passed at the AGM, with requisite majority. Further informed that Namo Narain Agarwal, Practicing Company Secretary, Membership No. FCS-234, Scrutinizer has submitted his Consolidated Report dated 1st September 2023 on remote e-voting and Poll Voting for the aforesaid AGM.
