Route One Fund I LP has purchased 2,917,420 shares of India’s only listed gaming and hospitality company, Delta Corp in an open market transaction. The shares were bought at an average price of Rs 57.94 a piece on National Stock Exchange (NSE) on April 10, 2013.
Delta Corp is the largest gaming company in India and the only listed company in this space. The company is an early entrant in this space and has attained a leadership position in a short span of time.
