MRF has been ranked highest in 2013 India Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Index (TCSI) Study conducted by J D Power Asia Pacific. The company’s Car Radials rank highest for the 10th time in the last 13 years.
The J D Power study measures satisfaction among original equipment tyre owners during the first 12 to 24 months of ownership.
MRF (Madras Rubber Factory) is India’s No 1 tyre manufacturing company. Currently, the company exports tyres to over 65 countries including America, Europe, Middle East, Japan, and the Pacific region.
