DIC India has planned to close the manufacturing plant of the Company located at Transport Deport Road, Kolkata. In order to give effect to the above, the company shall obtain the requisite approval of statutory/regulatory authorities.

The Board of Directors of the Company made a decision to close the manufacturing plant based on the data presented by the management team before the Board.
