Parsvnath Developers - wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) - Parsvnath Hotels has disinvested equity shares in Parsvnath Royal Orchid Hotels (PROHL). Pursuant to this, PROHL has ceased to be a step-down subsidiary of the company during the quarter ended March 31, 2013.
Accordingly, the total number of subsidiary companies of the company stands reduced from 16 to 15. PROHL name has been changed to Parsvnath Realty Ventures with effect from April 03, 2013.
