Gitanjali Gems will be showcasing a wide variety of designer and high-end jewellery at the India Gem and Jewellery Fair (IGJF) scheduled from April 12 to 15, 2013. The four-day long business-to-consumer exhibition will be held in Delhi for the first time and is scheduled to be inaugurated by Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. The fair will be jointly organized by the Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) and the India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO).
Gitanjali Group is a 52-year-old entity having stores outside the country including USA. It is only in the last few years that it is concentrating on retail markets to boost revenue. Gitanjali has a presence in more than 60 cities across India with 90 stores.
