Vinati Organics has informed that the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 11:00 am through Video Conferencing (VC). Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 it has submitted the details regarding the voting results of the business transacted at the AGM in the prescribed format in Annexure A and also enclosing the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer on remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM as Annexure B. All the resolutions have been passed with the requisite majority. The afore-mentioned voting results and consolidated report are also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.vinatiorganics.com and on the website of National Securities Depository at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
