Laxhmi Narain Chawala (Folio No. V02124). In terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, they shall issue ’letter of confirmation’ in lieu of ‘duplicate Share Certificate’ once all the formalities have been carried out by the Shareholder and R&T Agent (Link Intime India) have confirmed the same.
