Lerthai Finance has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors, the Members at their 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 14, 2023 had approved, the re-appointment of following Directors: Aparna Goel (DIN: 00142961), who was liable to retire by rotation has been reappointed, Shao Xing Max Yang (DIN: 08114973), who was liable to retire by rotation has been re-appointed; Nthasha Berry (DIN: 08145471) has been re-appointed as Independent Director for Second Term of 5 years from 24th September, 2023 to 23 September, 2028; Jayant Goel (DIN: 01925642) has been re-appointed as Whole Time Director for Second Term of 5 years from 24th September, 2023 to 23 September, 2028.
