In compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Secretarial Standard 2 on General Meeting, Conart Engineers has informed that the Company is providing the e-voting facility to its Members enabling them to cast their vote electronically on all resolutions set forth in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, through e-voting facility provided by National Securities and Depositories (NSDL).
