CARE withdraws rating assigned to ZCD-I issue of Jaiprakash Power Ventures

Credit rating agency, CARE has withdrawn the rating assigned to the Zero coupon Non-Convertible Debenture (ZCD)-I issue of Jaiprakash Power Ventures with immediate effect, as the company has fully repaid the amounts under the said issue and there is no amount outstanding under the issue as on date.

Jaiprakash Power Ventures is part of India’s leading Infrastructure conglomerate - Jaypee Group. Currently the company operates the largest hydroelectric power plant in the private sector in India. Its power projects which are in different stages of implementation include Hydro, Thermal and Transmission.
