Royal India Corporation has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 to Friday, 29th Sept, 2023 for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, 29th Sept, 2023 at 03.00 pm. The Company has fixed Friday, 22nd September, 2023 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM.
