Prima Agro has informed that the Thirty Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Friday, 15th September 2023 at 11:00 am (IST) at the Registered Office of the Company and the businesses mentioned in the Notice were transacted. The proceedings were duly uploaded on Friday, 15th September 2023 after the conclusion of the meeting via Acknowledgement Number- 6162247. However, due to oversight, the number of members being 46 (holding shares 1007507) was wrongly mentioned in the proceedings as 36. There is no change in the number of shareholdings reported in the previous submission rather the change has occurred in the number of members only due to error in counting. In this regard, the company has enclosed the revised proceedings as required under Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule - III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
