Jbm Auto has informed that 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held today at 11:00 AM through video conferencing in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Circular(s) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to transact the businesses as mentioned in the Notice of AGM. Sanjeev Kumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company welcomed the members and others present at the AGM. He informed the members that the Company had provided the facility to cast their votes by remote e- voting as well as by e-voting (Insta-poll) at the AGM, on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice of AGM. He further informed the members that the e-voting system was made available during the AGM for the Members who had not exercised their votes earlier through remote evoting. Sanjeev Kumar informed that requisite quorum was present at the AGM as per provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and he then requested Surendra Kumar Arya, Chairman of the Company, to continue the AGM proceedings. Total 182 members attended the AGM.
