Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Bata India has informed that Tushar Kant Gupta, Head, Merchandising of the Company has tendered his resignation with effect from September 19th, 2023, in order to pursue my career outside the company. Letter of resignation along with detailed reasons for resignation is enclosed.
