In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, Bank of Baroda has informed that the Central Government vide its notification dated 18.09.2023 has extended the term of office of Ajay K. Khurana (DOB: 17.03.1964), Executive Director, bank beyond his currently notified term which expires on 19.09.2023 till the date of his superannuation 31.03.2024, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
