Ashoka Buildcon’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Viva highways (VHL) has acquired 100, fully paid-up, 9.21%, nonconvertible debentures and 200 fully paid-up, 9.24%, non-convertible debentures, of Rs 10 lakh each, issued by Ashoka Concessions, through open market purchase for an aggregate consideration of Rs 30.62 crore.

Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
