ICICI Bank trades higher on the bourses

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1056.00, up by 11.05 points or 1.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 1044.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1030.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1056.50 and Rs. 1030.00 respectively. So far 67935 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1231.00 on 31-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 767.00 on 18-May-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1056.50 and Rs. 982.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 120886.89 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 62.07% and 8.75% stake in the bank, respectively. 

ICICI Bank will auction this month gold jewellery, weighing over 11 kg, deposited by more than 150 borrowers as collateral for their loans.  While the exact value of the gold ornaments could be ascertained, but the same are estimated to be of the worth of around Rs 3 crore at current price.

The auction would be conducted by the bank branches in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Uttarakhand from April 18-22. The bank decided to auction these gold ornaments after giving sufficient notice to the borrower who defaulted on their payments.
