Rail Vikas Nigam has formed one Joint venture viz., Chatra Expressways in connection with signing of memorandum of understanding (MOU) with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for construction of 6-lane Greenfield Varanasi Ranchi-Kolkata Highway from Sonepurbigha village to junction with NH-22 (Chatra Bypass) near Chatra from km 184.700 to km 222.000 under Bharatmala Pariyojana in the State of Jharkhand on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package8).
Rail Vikas Nigam is in the business of executing all types of railway projects including new lines, doubling, gauge conversion, railway electrification, metro projects, workshops, major bridges, construction of cable stayed bridges, institution buildings etc.
